The Finca.

The Finca is a loft with a Mediterranean ambience, from which you can see the sun rise and set.

It's situated on the first floor of the house and is fully equipped. The kitchen is supplied with an induction cooktop, a fridge, a microwave oven and a Nespresso coffee maker. There is a television set, hi-fi system, wireless internet and double box spring bed. The bathroom has a huge walk-in shower and bath. Pets are allowed only in Casa de Familia & Casa del Vecino.

The Casita.

Guests don't have to set foot out the door as it's fully equipped and supplied with all creature comforts.

The Casita is a large room decorated in Mediterranean style and is located at the front of the house on ground level. The kitchen is supplied with an induction cooktop, a fridge, a microwave oven and a Nespresso coffee maker. There is a television set, hi-fi system, wireless internet and double box spring bed. The bathroom has a huge walk-in shower and bath.
Pets are allowed only in Casa de Familia & Casa del Vecino. In the Casita can exceptionally a pet but first consultation!

Casa de Familia.

The Casa de Familia, a little summer cottage with a private terrace, is our new pride.

The cottage can accomodate up to four people and offers two very unique possibilities to sleep. The mediteranian style cottage has a kitchen which is furnished with a gas stove, a water kettle, a fridge and a combination magnetron to enable our guest to cater for themselves. For a cup of coffee the cottage has been furnished with a Nespresso mashine. In addition the cottage has a television, including a DVD player, a sound system and a wireless internet connection. The bathroom of the summerhouse has a large shower and a seperate bathtub.

On request, pets are allowed here. We do have rules for the four-legged friends.
This is because of our own dog & cat. 🐾 

🐾 Pet regulations:

1. Dogs must be leashed on the grounds of 'In de Aap'.

2. Pee and defecate on the public road/bushes and not on the 'In de Aap' grounds.

3. Beds and furniture are not for pets.

4. No wet dogs in the house.

5. Out together, home together.... so don't leave your doggie alone in the cottage.

Casa di Loggia.

This is a upper apartment for at least 4 people. There is 1 bedroom with a double bed and a bedroom with a double bed and an adult bunk bed. A bathroom with bathtub and walk-in shower, a kitchen and sitting room with (sleeping) couch and loggia balcony facing south and of course this Mediterranean-style apartment is fully equipped. In the kitchen you will find a cooking plate, kettle, refrigerator and a combination microwave and a Nespresso machine. There is also a TV, sound system and wireless internet connection. Everything you would expect if you want to get away from it all. Pets are allowed only in Casa de Familia & Casa del Vecino.

Casa del Vecino

Casa del Vecino 4-5 p. The “neighbor's cottage” has been transformed into a Mediterranean beauty that matches the style of Guesthouse In de Aap. The bright conservatory with underfloor heating makes it a very pleasant place to stay in autumn and winter. Casa Del Vecino is therefore available for booking all year round.

Casa del Vecino is a 4 - 5 person cottage. It has a large sleeping loft with a double bed and an extra mattress/child's bed. On the first floor is a large double bed clossedbed.

Through the private entrance you enter a small green paradise. The cottage is surrounded by a garden and at the rear across the entire width of the house, a lovely spacious bright conservatory with terrace. Of course, the Mediterranean-style Casa is fully equipped. In the kitchenette you will find a stove, kettle, refrigerator and a combination microwave and a Nespresso machine. There is also a TV a sound system and wireless internet connection. The large bathroom has a wonderful walk-in shower. 

Everything is here for a wonderful vacation.

The accommodation consists of 5 separate lodgings and can accommodate 18 to 21 people:

• 2 cottages for 4–5 people (dogs welcome)
• 1 family apartment for 4–5 people
• 2 comfortable apartments for 2 people (with sofa bed)
• All accommodations have their own small kitchen, so everyone can enjoy their own space. It is not necessary to rent all 5 accommodations at the same time. With a smaller group, you can also rent 2 or 3. We will be happy to make a proposal in our personal contact.
